PICE Zamboanga City Chapter Joins Hands in Accomplishing DPWH ZCDEO’s Blood-Letting Initiative

In a remarkable showcase of collaborative spirit and humanitarian dedication, the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) Zamboanga City Chapter proudly participated in the Blood-Letting Activity organized by the DPWH ZCDEO Rank and File Employees Association.
